Team members permissions based on roles

shootbee offers team management based on roles, with pre-defined permissions for each role. Setup is easy and straightforward: fill in the team member’s details and simply select one of the available roles. The rest is handled by the platform.

Our current roles are:

• Administrator - full access to all modules and app settings.
• Photographer - can manage projects, calendar, tasks, files, etc. 
• Editor - can upload files, manage albums and deliveries.
• Accountant - access to invoices, expenses and financial reports only.

But with individual flexibility

Not every team member fits perfectly into a predefined role. Some may need access to additional modules in specific situations.

That’s why, after creating a team member, you can still adjust their permissions individually. This gives you the simplicity of roles while keeping the flexibility to fine-tune access when needed.
